The challenge
Sangam Megamart is a neighbourhood supermarket in Sector 57, Gurugram. It sells groceries and household essentials, along with crockery, kitchenware and festive gift hampers.
Most new customers find a store like this on Google Search or Google Maps. The goal was to show up in more local searches and turn those views into store visits.
What we did
We ran the whole listing on GMB OS, the platform Adtrafix built to manage Google Business Profiles. Posts, review replies and reporting all went through it.
Posts
- Planned and scheduled every post in GMB OS, which published them straight to the listing
- Timed posts to what shoppers were buying that week, such as Diwali cleaning supplies, crockery gift sets and office gifting
Reviews
- Tracked every new review in GMB OS and replied from the same dashboard
- All 23 reviews in the period got a reply
Reporting
- GMB OS pulled Search, Maps and direction data into one report, compared against the previous period
