How to Run an Influencer Campaign, from Brief to Payout

Good influencer campaigns are planned like any other performance channel: a goal, a budget, a trackable link and a clear report at the end.
1. Set one goal
Pick awareness, traffic, store visits or sales. The goal decides the creator type, the format and how you measure.
2. Choose creators who fit, not just who are big
- Match niche and audience city to your customer.
- Check recent posts for genuine comments, not only likes.
- Review past brand collaborations for quality and disclosure.
3. Write a brief that leaves room for creativity
Cover the objective, key message, deliverables, dates, mandatory disclosure and do-nots. Avoid scripting every line; audiences trust creators who sound like themselves.
4. Track and pay
- Give each creator a unique link or offer code.
- Approve drafts before publishing.
- Pay on delivery, ideally through a protected-payment flow.
